Move Better Physiotherapy and Pilates is a clinic with a modern approach to treatment. Kathleen is a highly trained physiotherapy and Pilates instructor with a passion for manual therapy. Kathleen offers a variety of treatments from dry needling, cupping, trigger pointing as well as her more specialised lymphatic drainage sculpting massage. Kathleen is one of the only providers in QLD of the Sheila Perez Method lymphatic treatment, as well as a Buccal (internal jaw) release technique. Her love for discovering HOW and WHY your body is injured, tight or not performing to it's best, is her driving force behind her treatments. Kathleen's skills are only complimented by her Remedial Massage therapist Josh, who's hands on treatments are of such high quality. Working with the QLD ballet, the BRONCO's and the ALL BLACKS, Josh is one of the most well trained remedial massage therapist's in the area.
